This Refund Policy applies to SIPmind services ("Service") provided by Techdab. Payments are currently processed manually via bank transfer or invoice.
1. Cancellation
You may cancel your SIPmind service at any time by contacting us. When you cancel:
- Service continues until the end of your current paid period
- No further payments will be required
- Your data remains available for 30 days after service ends for export
2. Refund Window
We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of your first payment. If you are not satisfied with SIPmind, you may request a full refund within this period, no questions asked.
This 14-day window applies only to the first subscription payment and is designed to give you time to evaluate the Service.
3. No Pro-rata Refunds
After the 14-day refund window, we do not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for:
- Early cancellations
- Unused days in your paid period
- Downgrading to a lower plan
When you cancel, you continue to have access until the end of your current paid period.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refunds outside the 14-day window in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Extended service outages caused by us
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Other situations at our discretion

5. Professional Services
Professional Services (WhatsApp Setup, PBX Turnkey, Custom Integrations, etc.) are non-refundable once work has begun. If work has not started, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us with:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request (optional, but helps us improve)

7. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
8. Payment Disputes
If you have concerns about a charge, please contact us directly before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly.
Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
