SIPmind

Setup guide

Connect your phone number in 5 steps

Point a phone number at SIPmind and the AI answers it — 24/7. You get the number from Twilio and keep full ownership of it. No hardware, no porting, no rip-and-replace. Most practices are live the same day.

01

Create your SIPmind account

Sign up at sipmind.net and set up your AI — its greeting, what it should say, and your knowledge base. (Already have an account? Skip to step 2.)

02

Get a number from Twilio

Create a free Twilio account and buy a phone number (about $1/month, plus a few cents per minute). The number is yours — on your own Twilio account, billed to you directly.

03

Add the number in SIPmind

In your dashboard, go to Integrations → Phone (SIP) and add your number, so SIPmind knows to route its calls to your AI. Takes a minute.

04

Point Twilio at SIPmind

In the Twilio console, open your number → Voice Configuration → "A call comes in" → Webhook, and paste this URL (method: HTTP POST):

https://sipmind.net/api/v1/twilio/voice

Save. Twilio may take a few minutes to apply the change.

05

Call your number

Dial it. The AI picks up and answers in real time — and every call shows up in your dashboard with a transcript and summary. That's it: your existing number, your Twilio account, SIPmind's AI on the line.

Prefer we set it up for you?

If you'd rather not touch Twilio, we'll provision the number and configure everything end-to-end — you just tell us what the AI should say. Fixed price, typically one business day.
