About money and connecting

Is the AI included, or do I pay for it separately?
It’s included. Every paid plan covers the AI’s work itself, with a monthly allowance of conversation printed on the plan — 1,000 minutes on Office + Calls, 3,000 on Business, 6,000 on Pro. Messages are not counted at all, on any plan. If you ever pass the minutes nothing is switched off: the AI keeps answering your customers and we get in touch about the plan that fits your volume.
What if several customers call at the same time?
The AI answers all of them at once. One number can take any count of simultaneous calls — every caller gets their own full conversation, nobody hears a busy tone, and it costs nothing extra. Your plan counts the numbers the AI answers on and the minutes it spends talking; the capacity behind a number — trunks, channels, simultaneous calls — is never limited. A human receptionist takes one call at a time; this is the part they can’t match.
Do I need my own phone number?

For voice calls — yes, you need a SIP trunk from a telephony provider (any provider works — we don’t lock you in). We can help set it up or do it turnkey. For WhatsApp, your own number works as long as it is not in use in the WhatsApp app. Instagram, Telegram and the web widget need no number.

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards via Stripe — subscriptions renew automatically each month, cancel anytime. For Workforce and large done-for-you projects we also accept wire transfer.
