What are the AI costs on top of the platform fee?

You pay OpenAI directly via your own API key. Text messages cost ~$0.01 each. Voice calls cost ~$0.15–0.25 per 3-minute call. We add zero markup.

Do I need my own phone number?

For voice calls — yes, you need a SIP trunk from a telephony provider. We can help set it up or do it turnkey. For text channels (Telegram, WhatsApp, web), the platform handles everything.

Can I try before committing?

What payment methods do you accept?
