About money and connecting

Is the AI included, or do I pay for it separately?
It’s included. Every paid plan covers the AI’s work itself — there’s no per-minute, per-message or per-channel billing, and nothing to set up on your side. Office covers WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and the website widget; Office + Calls adds the phone.
What if several customers call at the same time?
The AI answers all of them at once. One number can take any count of simultaneous calls — every caller gets their own full conversation, nobody hears a busy tone, and it costs nothing extra. Your plan counts the numbers the AI answers on; the capacity behind a number — trunks, channels, simultaneous calls, minutes — is never limited or metered. A human receptionist takes one call at a time; this is the part they can’t match.
Do I need my own phone number?
For voice calls — yes, you need a SIP trunk from a telephony provider (any provider works — we don’t lock you in). We can help set it up or do it turnkey. For text channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, the web widget) the platform handles everything.

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards via Stripe — subscriptions renew automatically each month, cancel anytime. For Workforce and large done-for-you projects we also accept wire transfer.
