1. Introduction

SIPmind is operated by Techdab LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI voice agent platform and related services.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

Google User Data and Limited Use

When you connect your Google Account to SIPmind (for example, to let the AI assistant book meetings on your Google Calendar), SIPmind requests only the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events scope. We use this access for the single purpose of creating, updating, and managing the calendar events that the SIPmind assistant books on your behalf — including adding a Google Meet link and inviting the attendee. We do not read, analyze, or use any other calendar data.

SIPmind's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

How we protect Google user data. Google user data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. The OAuth refresh token that authorizes calendar access is stored server-side only — it is never exposed to the browser and never written to application logs. Access to the systems that hold it is restricted to authorized personnel.

How long we keep Google user data, and how it is deleted. We retain the Google OAuth token only for as long as the Calendar integration remains connected, and we do not store the content of your Google Calendar beyond the specific event the assistant creates on your behalf. Disconnecting the integration in the SIPmind dashboard, or revoking access from your Google Account permissions page, deletes the token from our systems immediately and permanently, and no further Google data is accessed.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. Call logs and session data are retained according to your organization's settings or our default retention period of 90 days.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), secure data storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@sipmind.net.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States and European Union. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
