What the AI does on your Instagram
Your team sees every conversation in the dashboard and the iPhone app, takes any of them over and hands it back. Comments have three separate settings, each off until you switch it on: reply in public, move to DMs on a code word, hide spam.
Code words: how it works
The main move on Instagram. In a post or reel you write: “Comment PRICE and I’ll send the price list to your DMs.” The AI does the rest:
There can be several scenarios: one word sends the price list, another books, a third sends a file. Each has its own synonyms, first message, button and what the button delivers; a scenario can be tied to one post. An empty reply field hands the tap to the AI: it answers from your instructions, as if the person had said the button’s words. This is how it looks in the dashboard:
Scenarios on a real account: words and synonyms on the left, what goes to the DMs on the right, each with its own button. A new row is a new scenario. An empty account is offered three ready ones: price list, booking, catalog.
What you can switch on and off
Every ability is its own switch. Want the funnel without public replies? Turn on only the funnel. Want to answer DMs yourself while the AI hands out materials on a code word? That works too.
The AI answers everyone who writes to your DMs, from your instructions and knowledge base. You can turn it off and keep the DMs to yourself: code-word materials still go out.
A short reply under the comment, in your tone. Prices and personal data are never posted in public. A separate tick: reply in public only where someone used a code word.
Scenarios with code words, a first message, a button and the material. Meta allows one private message per comment within 7 days; the tap on the button opens a full conversation.
Spam and abuse under posts are hidden and complaints go to your operator on Telegram. The AI never answers spam.
A range in minutes; a random point inside it is picked each time, so the feed does not look automated. A comment with a code word never waits.
Public replies and nudges only in those hours. Replies to people who wrote first, and code-word materials, work round the clock. A DM outside the hours gets one of three: the normal reply, one short line, or silence until morning.
One message to people who tapped the button and never answered, while their 24-hour window is still open. Nobody who replied is nudged, and nobody twice.
When someone tags you in their story, the AI thanks them and keeps the conversation going. The text can be yours.
Pause stops the AI on the account and keeps every scenario. Disconnect deletes the access and unsubscribes us from the account’s events.
What the AI did under your posts is on the History page: every comment, how it read it, and whether a DM was opened. The “Funnel, last 30 days” table shows, per scenario: comments → DMs delivered → taps → nudges.
What you need
How the connection goes
Integrations → Instagram → “Connect Instagram (1-click)”
Instagram’s sign-in window opens.
Sign in and press Allow
Instagram lists three permissions: profile basics, messages and comments.
Done — message yourself
We store the access, link the account and subscribe to your messages. The Instagram card in Integrations turns green. Write from another account: the AI answers and the conversation appears in Chats.
If Instagram does not confirm the subscription the first time, the card shows an amber note with a Retry button. One press.
