Who it’s for · laboratories and clinics

An AI front desk for laboratories and clinics, measured on a real one.

Since February 2026 SIPmind has answered every inbound call, WhatsApp message and website chat of a medical laboratory network. Not a pilot — the real front desk, every day. This page is what it does there and what it measured.

106,250 conversationsand 9,943 phone calls in seven months.
71% of calls without a personover six weeks of measurement, 2,620 calls.

What patients ask, and what the AI does

Prices and how to prepare for a test — from your knowledge base. When something is not there, the AI says it will check, never “we don’t do that”.
Hours, addresses and phone numbers of each branch — word for word, as you wrote them, never paraphrased.
Booking and rescheduling, where you take appointments — per specialist or room, without double-booking; the patient is reminded 24 hours and 2 hours before.
Complaints become a lead for a person at once — with what happened and the patient’s history.
WhatsApp calls — about 12% of all calls at the laboratory, answered by the same AI.

What changed for the laboratory

−50%WhatsApp load on the front desk: routine questions answered in the patient’s language.
−20%of calls reach an operator at all: the rest are booked, answered or written down.
≈2,450 minutesof AI conversation in the busiest month (September 2026) — inside the Business plan.

“A complaint lights up as a lead the moment it’s said — the operator joins already knowing what happened and how to handle it. The routine is gone, and our service got better.”

When a person is needed

  1. The patient asks for a person

The AI offers to help once; if they ask again, it hands over. A call is transferred to your staff; a chat question goes to your team and stays in “Needs reply” until someone answers.

  2. It never claims what did not happen

Booked, sent, transferred — only after the system confirms it. If something did not go through, the patient hears that plainly.

  3. Everything is on the record

Every call has a recording, a transcript and a summary; every chat has its history. You read what was said, not a report about it.

Questions

Is this a pilot or the real thing?
The real thing. Since February 2026 SIPmind has answered every inbound call, WhatsApp message and website chat of a medical laboratory network — every day, with no separate “test” stream.
What does the AI do when it does not know?
It does not guess. It says it will check and hands over: a call is transferred to your staff, a chat question goes to your team. Hours, addresses and phone numbers are read out word for word, as you wrote them.
Which plan fits a laboratory?
In its busiest month the laboratory spent about 2,450 minutes talking with the AI — inside the Business plan: $490 a month with 3,000 minutes. WhatsApp and website chat do not count toward minutes.
Where is patient data kept?
Each account’s data is isolated. The main database is in the EU; on request, in your region or on your own server. For healthcare we sign a BAA before any PHI flows, and a DPA with every customer.
How fast can we start?
WhatsApp, Telegram and the website chat connect in minutes. The phone takes an hour or two on your own number, through a SIP trunk or your PBX. Seven days free, no card.
