What it is: once a day, around 09:00 in your timezone, you get a short summary of the last 24 hours in your operator Telegram chat — read straight from your CRM. No need to open the dashboard to know how the day started.

What's inside:

• Interactions by channel (calls, WhatsApp, Telegram…).
• New leads.
• Open leads still in progress.
• Tasks due today.

On a quiet day it simply says so.

How to enable: Settings → "Morning brief (daily digest)" checkbox. Default OFF. It arrives in your operator group in Telegram (the same place lead notifications go); an account without one gets it by email instead.
