Your site already has the chat. Many people would rather leave a request than talk — give them a form that lands in the same place: Leads, with the same notifications to your operators and the same integrations (Sheets, amoCRM, webhook) as a lead the AI saved.

What to send. A POST to https://sipmind.net/api/v1/widget/lead with your widget key — the same key that is in the chat snippet — in the Authorization: Bearer … header, and a JSON body:

Rules. A phone or an email is required — a request nobody can answer is not saved, and the reply says so (422, no_contact). Leave website in the form but hide it with CSS: people never fill it, bots do, and such a submission is accepted and dropped. One address may send 5 requests in 5 minutes and 30 a day (429 beyond that). If your form asks for consent to the processing of personal data, send the wording the person agreed to in consent (up to 300 characters): it is kept on the lead with the time it was given.

Where it appears. In Leads with the «Landing» badge, message as the note and the page it came from underneath. To allow the key only on your own sites, write to us — the restriction applies to the form and to the chat alike.
