Leads in a Google Sheet

Every lead the assistant captures — from a call, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram or the website widget — can be added as a row in a Google spreadsheet: date, name, phone, email, and the channel it came from. It runs alongside the dashboard, it does not replace it; the CRM here stays the full record.

Connect it in one click. Integrations → Google Sheets → Connect Google → Create the spreadsheet. We make it in your own Drive with the columns already in place and give you the link. Nothing to copy, nothing to share.

What we can see. Only the spreadsheet we created for you. The permission we ask for is per-file — it gives us no way to open, list or read anything else in your Drive, including your other spreadsheets. Disconnecting removes our access; the spreadsheet stays yours, with everything already in it.

If you already keep your own sheet. There is a second way, for when the leads must land in a file you already maintain: share that sheet as Editor with the service-account address shown on the same page, then paste its ID into Settings. We check the sheet the moment you save it — a wrong ID, or one you forgot to share, is refused there and then, instead of showing "Saved" over leads that never arrive.

The first tab of the spreadsheet is the one written to, whatever it is called — "Sheet1", "Лист1", "Hoja 1" all work.
