Your work queue (home screen)
What you see when you sign in
An operator's home screen is a list of what to do now, not a report. It has four panels: Awaiting reply — customers whose last message has no answer yet (shared by the team: whoever answers first takes it); Overdue — your tasks past their time; Due today — your tasks for the rest of the day; My open leads — the leads you own that are still in work. Each row opens the chat, the task or the lead. Open all opens the full list with the same filter, and the number on the panel is the number of rows you will find there.
The page keeps itself current. While the dashboard is open — on Chats, a lead, anywhere — the numbers next to Chats and Tasks in the menu update by themselves about once a minute. When you are signed in under your own name, a short note also appears in the corner with a link when a task is handed to you or one of yours falls due; under a shared login only the numbers update. Nothing to switch on, and nothing is sent anywhere else.
Find anyone from any page. The search box at the top of the dashboard looks through your contacts and leads by name, phone or email as you type — two letters are enough. A colleague sees only the leads they are allowed to open.
Managers and owners
A manager sees the team's queue — every overdue task, everything due today and the open leads nobody owns yet — above the usual report. When Give every new lead an owner automatically is on on the Staff page, Hand out owners under the open leads nobody owns gives them owners by the same rule as new leads. An administrator sees the report as before.
Shared password
Someone signed in with the shared operator password has no name, so the screen shows the whole team's queue and says so. Give each person their own login on the Staff page, and each of them will see their own work. The foot of the menu always says who is signed in: a name, or «Shared admin login» / «Shared operators’ login».
