Team reports
Team reports in the menu — for managers and admins. Four tabs share one period (7, 30 or 90 days, or dates you pick), so switching tabs compares the same days: People, Calls, Pipeline and Tasks.
People puts one row per colleague: the chats they answered and their typical first reply, their calls, the leads they closed and lost, what is open on them now, and their tasks — busiest first. The small «n» under the first reply says how many waits it is based on.
A name needs a personal login. Work done under the shared operator password, by someone no longer on the team, or taken by nobody lands in one row, «Not attributed» — it is never dropped. For calls on your PBX to count for a person, their extension must be theirs on Staff and phones; if calls ring a mobile instead, put that mobile in the extension's fallback. Replies sent from the Telegram group count for the person who linked their Telegram on the Staff page.
Win rate is not conversion. On People, win rate is the leads a person closed out of those that ended (closed plus lost) in the period. On Pipeline, conversion is closed out of the leads created in the period. Both are right; they answer different questions.
Time in stage (on Pipeline) shows, for every stage a lead is still worked in, how long leads typically stayed before moving on and how many are waiting there now — for everyone, one colleague, or nobody's leads. Stays are recorded from the day this was switched on, and the page says from when; the waiting-now numbers cover every lead already.
