Call recording & AI summary
Finding a kind of conversation. The chips above the History list narrow it: Inbound and Outbound calls; from customers — Phone calls, WhatsApp calls, Operator calls, WhatsApp text, Telegram, Site Widget, Instagram and IG comments; and your own lines — Mobile Voice, Softphone and Agent Test. A chip appears only for a channel your account has. The count under the list counts exactly what the chip shows.
Voice calls are recorded:
Every voice call is saved as a stereo WAV — caller on the left channel, AI on the right. Open any call at History and use the built-in player. Speed up 1×/1.5×/2× for fast review.
Calls are recorded while Settings → Call Recording is on. If the law in your region requires telling callers, say it in your welcome message, or switch recording off there.
How long recordings are kept. In the same Settings block, Retention (days) deletes recordings older than that number of days on its own; 0 keeps them for good. The transcript and the AI summary stay either way.
AI summary (~30s after the call ends):
For each call, a background task feeds the transcript to a small model and extracts:
- Intent — what the caller wanted (one sentence)
- Decision — what was resolved / agreed
- Follow-up date — if the AI promised to call back on a specific day
- Objections — concerns the caller raised
- Sentiment — positive / neutral / negative
- Language — RU / KZ / EN
The summary appears at the top of the call detail page and in the linked lead's card. Use it to skim a day's calls without listening to recordings.
