AI lead follow-up

What is it?

The AI catches leads, but they're worthless if nobody works them. The follow-up engine re-engages un-worked leads: it reads each open lead and suggests whom to nudge and what to say — in your own AI's voice. Find it at Leads → AI follow-up.

Manual vs Auto:

  • Manual — you review each suggested message and click the call button (AI call) or the message button (WhatsApp). Nothing is sent without your click.
  • Auto mode — once you trust it, the AI messages qualifying leads on WhatsApp automatically (up to your plan's daily cap). It never auto-calls, never writes to a number on your do-not-call list, and runs at the start of your working day, in your time zone.

Turn it on: Settings → Automation → "AI lead follow-up — sending" for manual, then "AUTO mode" when ready. Both are OFF by default.

Does it actually help? The Scorecard compares leads you nudged against leads you didn't, so you can see whether following up really moves them down the pipeline.

On a single lead: open the lead and press Draft follow-up — the AI writes a message. For a new lead you get a button to send it on WhatsApp or to call; what is sent appears in Chats. For a lead already in progress the AI does not send by itself: copy the text, or press the amber Call or WhatsApp button, which asks you to confirm first.
