Value report (what the AI produced)

What it is: an owner-facing view of what your AI actually did for you, in money terms — built only from data you already have (calls, messages, leads, appointments) over a window you pick: 7 / 30 / 90 days. Managers and admins see it; only an admin saves the two values it is built on. Find it at Value report in the menu.

What it shows:

  • Interactions handled by AI — only the ones the AI actually answered. Your operators' own replies and your outgoing notifications are not counted here.
  • Incoming calls (phone + WhatsApp) and incoming messages (all channels) — what customers sent you. Your own outgoing messages are excluded, so this is demand, not traffic.
  • Leads captured and appointments the AI booked in the window.
  • Sales conversations the AI handled — every conversation where a person wanted to buy, book or come in, counted from the conversation itself, whether or not a card was opened (a customer who only asked the address and will come in needs no card). A count, never money; it starts on the day the reading began for your account, and that date is shown.
  • Passed to a live operator — the calls the AI passed to your people.
  • Front-desk hours saved — an estimate from the number of interactions.
  • Estimated value — one figure in your account's currency (see the note below), with how it changed against the previous period of the same length.

The value figure is an estimate — and honest by design

You set two assumptions — the value of a booked appointment and of a captured lead — and the report multiplies your real counts by them. It's a planning estimate, not a bill.

"Leads captured" counts only leads the AI generated. Bulk prospecting lists you upload (e.g. 2GIS / web outreach) are deliberately excluded — those are your sales pipeline, not value the AI produced. Only inquiries in your sales pipeline count — complaints, answered questions and spam are never valued as leads. They are not lost either: under the tiles, Other inquiries the AI took in counts them per pipeline, in your own pipeline names, without putting a price on them.

Every count here is deliberately conservative, so the page holds up if a client checks it. Appointments counts only those the AI booked itself — entries your staff add by hand don't appear — and counts them on the day they were booked, so a call today that books next Tuesday shows up today. Cancelled appointments are never counted. The numbers use the same definitions as the Overview volumes table, so the two pages always agree.

Your two values and the chosen window persist per account — Recalculate sticks across visits. Great for a monthly "here's the ROI" check and a clean screenshot.
