Customer memory (cross-channel)

What it does: when ON, the AI recognizes returning customers across all your channels (calls, WhatsApp, Telegram). At the start of every call or chat it gets a short context card built from that contact's history, so it greets them by name and doesn't re-ask what it already knows.

What's on the card:

  • Customer name (if known).
  • Recent interactions with their AI call summaries.
  • Open leads in progress.
  • Upcoming appointments.

Built only from your own data — never from other businesses on the platform.

How to enable: Settings → "Customer memory (cross-channel)" checkbox. Default OFF — opt-in.

Good to know:

  • The customer is matched by phone (caller ID / WhatsApp number). A Telegram user who hasn't shared a phone can't be matched yet, so no card.
  • New customers get no card (nothing to remember yet) — that's normal.
  • Fail-safe: building the card is capped at 1.5s and never blocks or breaks a call — if anything is slow, the session just proceeds without it.
