Action journal (who did what)
What is it?
The Action journal (admin-only) records every important human action on your data — who moved a lead card and where, who edited or deleted a lead, who deleted a contact, and who dismissed a chat without replying — with the time and a before→after of what changed. It also records who added, renamed, switched off, gave access back to or changed the level or password of a colleague, tasks created and done, notes, chats taken over and released, documents created, sent, paid or voided, and disagreements with the AI and changes to its automation on the AI decisions page.
Seeing real names
The name shows up only when the person signed in with their own login (see Staff & access above). A shared-password session is recorded honestly as “shared login”, never guessed as a name. To clear the “cleared the queue without answering” problem, the journal captures dismiss-without-reply too.
Automatic actions
When a lead gets an owner by itself, the journal records it as Automatically, with who got it and why. These rows are hidden so the journal reads as people's actions; press Automatic to see them. The lead card's history always shows them.
Privacy
Deleting a lead or contact stays a real erasure: the journal records that it happened and by whom, but keeps only counts (has phone / has email), never a copy of the raw phone, email, or message — so “delete on request” still means deleted.
